CourseLane acts as an intermediary in respect of such third-party information and does not independently verify every individual data point. Where official data is unavailable, we leave the field blank rather than estimate it.

Data sources and accuracy

Wherever possible we source figures from official authorities — NIRF, AICTE, UGC, AISHE, NTA and the respective institute websites — and we label the source alongside the figure where space permits. Some official data is released annually and may be one or two cycles old; we update it as new releases are published. Fee ranges and salary figures are indicative ranges by institution tier, not the exact fee of any single named institution. Actual fees, eligibility, dates and outcomes change frequently and vary by institution, category and year.

Readers must independently verify every detail that matters to their decision from the official website of the institution, the relevant regulator (UGC / AICTE / NTA / NMC / BCI as applicable) or the employer, before applying, paying any fee, or making any career, educational or financial decision.
